L. Carolina Ruiz is a South and Central Texas native and a graduate of University of Houston, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. With a career spanning education, business management, and real estate, Carolina brings a well-rounded, service-driven approach to every client she serves.

She previously worked as an education counselor for both St. Edward's University in Austin and University of Texas at San Antonio, guiding high school students and their families through the college admissions and financial aid process. That experience shaped her ability to listen, advise, and advocate—skills she now applies directly to real estate.

Carolina also managed operations for a law firm, overseeing bookkeeping, accounting, and personnel. This business background adds a strong layer of organization, attention to detail, and financial awareness to her real estate practice.

Now with Yellow Rose Realty, Carolina helps families across San Antonio and Eagle Pass navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence. She also works with clients in the marketing and sale of commercial properties, bringing a thoughtful and strategic perspective to each transaction.
